What is the turnaround time for paper products?
The turnaround time for all printed products is 5-7 business days. This is the time it takes for me to complete the design process and send the product to the printer. It does not include the time it takes for the package to reach you once it’s in the hands of UPS or USPS.
Do you accept custom orders?
I love working with clients to create custom products to celebrate life's big moments! The times I accept new custom order requests varies depending on how booked I am. I stop accepting custom order requests in September due to Christmas preparation time!
Is there an extra fee applied to custom orders?
Custom projects require additional design time, so a design fee is applied to all custom order requests. This fee covers the creation of a brand-new design and any new artwork needed for your order. For larger projects, this fee may be collected as a design deposit.
How do I start the process of a custom order?

If I want a custom product, how soon should I contact you?
Custom projects take varying amounts of time depending on the product and level of design needed, so the sooner you contact me, the better! Items like custom stationery sets, gift tags, calling cards, and notepads usually have a shorter design timeline than full invitation suites.
For custom invitations, I recommend contacting me at least 8 weeks prior to your event date whenever possible.
Will I receive a proof before you send my order to print?
I send proofs for the following items: invitations, announcements, and holiday greeting cards.
Do you have a return policy?
Due to the custom nature of my products, all sales are final once a proof has been approved and the order has been sent to print. I do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom or personalized items, as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Please review your proof carefully for spelling, dates, and design details before approving. Approval of your proof confirms that all details are correct.
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error on my part, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery so I can make it right!
